FAQ
Questions, Answered Straight.
The things clients ask before they start. If yours is not here, ask us directly.
01 — Working With Rocksolid
Three things, under one roof: architecture, interior, and construction. You can engage any one of them on its own, or all three as a single design-and-build package with one point of accountability.
Because most project problems live in the hand-off. When the people who drew it are the people who build it, there is less reinterpretation, fewer variation claims, and nobody to blame but us.
We are based in Lakarsantri, Surabaya. Delivered projects include Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, Mojokerto, Mojosari, Pasuruan, Jombang, Banyuwangi and Semarang.
Yes — a single tenancy fit-out or a boundary fence is still a project we run properly. Tell us what you have in mind and we will be honest about fit.
02 — Budget & Timeline
Nobody can answer that responsibly without a scope. After an initial consultation and site survey we produce a transparent cost breakdown against a defined scope, so the number means something.
The initial conversation about your project is free. Formal design work and measured surveys are quoted before they start.
Changes get priced and approved as they happen, in writing. You will not find them for the first time on the final invoice.
It depends entirely on scale and approvals. We agree a stage-by-stage programme before construction starts and report progress against it.
03 — On Site
We do. One coordinator carries the project across design, procurement, subcontractors and site execution, so you are not managing four different parties.
Yes. We can build from an existing drawing set. If we think the drawings need coordinating before they are buildable, we will tell you before we price the work.
We prepare the drawing set needed for submission and coordinate with the consultants handling approvals. What applies depends on the location and building type.
Snagging is closed out before we hand over, followed by a final walkthrough, documentation and keys. Finishing is part of the build, not a separate favour.
